This 3 BHK house has a side street. The shop is given on one side of the house. It measures 11’x 10 ‘square feet and has a gate on one side.

Upon entering through a 4’6 “wide gate you will find a parking space where you can park your bike. And you are also given access to the shop from the veranda. There is a staircase with steps 3 feet wide.

Through the main door, you enter the living room which is 12’0’x 13’6” In size. In this plan, we have a kitchen on the ground floor with a size 9’6 “x 10’0” sq ft.
